My core ability is sense-making and creating clarity out of complexity. I take on roles that improve how organisations think, decide, and deliver.

What I Do

My core ability is creating clarity out of complexity. To improve how organisations think, decide, and deliver.

Over 15 years, I've leveraged this unique ability in different roles (writer, researcher, facilitator, lecturer, project manager, and content creator), within different organisations (ad agencies, innovation consultancies, tech start-ups, digital transformation orgs), across multiple industries (banking, telcos, FMCG, education, automotive and wellness); and I've observed the same pattern again and again:

You can understand the problem, build the right solution, and hire brilliant people – but without clarity across teams, organisations, and customers, the value simply never materialises.

I've seen brilliant strategies stall, strong products fail to gain traction, and talented teams burn out – not because the ideas were flawed, but because people weren't aligned on The What, The Why, or how to move forward together.

Clarity is not a "nice-to-have". It is the real competitive advantage.

Clear communication only becomes possible when the right conditions exist: psychological safety, shared mental models and frameworks, consistent documentation, explicit social contracts, clearly defined roles and KPIs, and a culture that goes beyond values and slogans – one that people can actively live, practice, and apply in their work.

This is where I operate: creating the conditions that bring out clarity.

How I Do It

I create clarity in lots of different ways, depending on what a team or organisation needs at that moment.

Sometimes that looks like running customer interviews and mapping messy journeys into something everyone can understand and act on. Sometimes it's facilitating workshops – from ideation sessions and insight sharing to design thinking, innovation, and team alignment. Sometimes it's building courses, lecturing, or helping teams grow new skills so knowledge doesn't stay stuck in one person's head. And often it's working behind the scenes with leadership, product, design, and delivery teams to improve how work actually flows.

Across all of it, the pattern is the same: I listen deeply, ask the right questions, connect the dots, and help people turn confusion into shared understanding and progress.

Here are some of the areas I've worked in most:

  • Human-centred design / systems thinking
  • UX & CX ways of working
  • Research & insight (qualitative, quantitative, behavioural, market)
  • Service and process design
  • UX writing & content strategy
  • Facilitation, teaching, and capability building
  • Improving how teams plan, decide, and deliver their work

Why You Need Me

In your team

Brilliant people often struggle to clearly articulate what they do, why it works, or how others can achieve the same results – especially when the work is complex, technical, or emotionally charged. I translate individual expertise into shared understanding, so teams can align, collaborate, and move forward together with confidence.

In your organisation

Organisations don't fail because they lack intelligence or talent. They fail because clarity breaks down. I help build the conditions where clarity can exist: psychological safety, shared mental models, clear roles and expectations, and a culture that people know how to live – not just admire in a slide deck.

For your customers

No matter how passionate we are about our products and services, we are not the customer. True value is created when organisations deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviours of the people they serve. I design meaningful conversations with customers, extract actionable insight, and uncover the real drivers behind adoption, trust, and long-term loyalty.

For your clients

The hardest part of any partnership is alignment: bringing stakeholders along, earning buy-in, and sustaining momentum through complexity and change. I help create shared direction by clarifying purpose, expectations, roles, and outcomes – so relationships become productive, resilient, and genuinely collaborative.
